Proof, from the people we did it for

A SaaS platform that converts street-level data on competitors, footfall, pricing and customer sentiment into clear, actionable recommendations for local brands. Five years into operation, with a product in active transition.
Advances in AI had materially expanded what the product could deliver, but the go-to-market model had not evolved with it. With an investment round approaching, a visible, growing order book became a priority. The mandate: realign the commercial engine with the new product and build qualified pipeline ahead of the raise.
We tested the client's working view of its ideal customer through structured conversations with existing customers and new prospects, comparing the product's proposed value with the value buyers actually perceived. The exercise confirmed the ICP, showed how it had shifted since the product changed, and surfaced the secondary buyers who influence the decision.
Direct sales was the most reliable route to revenue. Using the validated ICP, we built a distinct value proposition per segment so every conversation opened with what that buyer cared about most. Email and LinkedIn formed the foundation; cold calling layered on top converted a higher share of first touches into real conversations.
In parallel, we built partnerships as a second route for awareness and reach — most effective in retail-heavy markets such as Singapore, Italy and Dubai, where a local partner brings relationships and credibility a new direct team would take far longer to earn. Large enterprises were positioned as a channel too, offering the product inside their own service suites.
Insights from every conversation fed back into positioning, messaging and targeting. The motion was refined each month, giving the client an evidence-based view of its market rather than a fixed plan.
A measurement technology company that helps advertisers, agencies and publishers understand how their campaigns perform across media channels, using independent, person-level data from a single source.
The company had a differentiated, enterprise-grade product and a credible panel behind it, but the commercial engine had not caught up. It needed a repeatable way to put that proof in front of senior buyers across three audiences — advertisers, agencies and publishers — each with very different buying reasons and decision processes. The mandate: turn a strong product into a structured commercial motion with qualified pipeline.
Before building outreach, we tested the client's view of whom it served through structured conversations with existing customers and new prospects. This confirmed where demand was strongest, showed which problems carried the most urgency for each audience, and identified the secondary buyers who shape the decision — media planners and finance leaders among them.
We built a distinct value proposition for each audience: advertisers needed proof of incremental reach, agencies a neutral source of truth, and publishers independent evidence of platform value. Email and LinkedIn formed the foundation; cold calling layered on top converted more first touches into meaningful conversations.
